Aveo is an international based research-led design and innovation consultancy for providers, operators and designers of human spaces, from private developers to government bodies. We are a creative multidisciplinary team of masterplanners, urban designers, architects, engineers and strategists that focus on the design and realisation of spaces, buildings and masterplans.
Aveo are committed to preparing spatial strategies and masterplans that take an innovative approach to provide ambitious, yet realistic visions.
Our team has extensive experience in delivering high-quality, strategic spatial frameworks to smaller urban design schemes in several locations across the globe, with projects stretching across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. Aveo have a growing reputation for delivering successful schemes and are dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to deliver a vision that is shared and supported by those who will ultimately deliver it. This approach, coupled with Aveo’s ability to mobilise multidisciplinary project teams has led to sustained growth and the establishing of design studios in London, Beirut and Bucharest. As the company continues to grow, Aveo expects to establish new offices in Panama and Ghana within the next twelve months.

We have over 30 years of combined experience in developing a range of services, from strategic masterplanning and feasibility to detailed place making and urban design schemes.
Aveo offer an impressive team of masterplanners and multi-disciplinary experts that are dedicated to the practice of creating and developing distinct, inclusive spaces for all, at all scales. We are great advocates of integrated design- whilst we use our expertise in the built environment, we also value the engagement of key stakeholders and end-users whilst taking cues from future aspiration and technologies.
Architecture
Our architecture team offer a service which combines high quality design, technological and social innovation, along with material sensitivity and formal elegance, all the while maintaining commercial awareness.
We approach architecture from a multi-lens perspective. After careful consideration of the site, context, client and consumer needs, we thrive on developing new and innovative concepts and iconic products. We believe that Architecture no longer facilitates mere boxes to live, sleep, work and play, but to function as tools to challenge, promote and provide exceptional spaces for the way we live, move and operate in the 21st century.
Landscape Design
We use our expertise to develop innovative concepts not only within architecture but with the spaces in between, because this is where ‘life’ happens.
Aveo use landscape design to facilitate attractive, high quality and bespoke environments for public and private space. We believe that successful public space should be able enhance movement, facilitate social connections and provide respite through contact with nature.
Sustainability and sensitivity is at the core of all we design, ensuring that energy efficiency is maintained, and value is harnessed throughout all scales of our projects.
